We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There is a fixed $4.90 return shipping fee, applied as follows:

1. If your return is accepted and a refund has not yet been issued, the $4.90 will be deducted from your refund (e.g., if your order total was $31.9, you’ll receive $27 back).

2. If the full refund has already been processed before the return shipping is completed, the $4.90 will be charged separately using the original payment method.

3. If the item is faulty or damaged, the return shipping fee will be fully covered by us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Giveaway Policy

If you are one of the lucky giveaway winners, you can only cancel the subscription after 14 days from the first purchase. Once canceled, the subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle. To cancel, visit your account settings or contact our support team. 

Refunds

Our refund policy allows requests within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item and your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at tellus@themadnuts.com.

Cancellation Policy

Customers are eligible to cancel their subscription only after their second monthly order has been fulfilled. For example, if your first order was placed on June 12th, your second order will be fulfilled around July 15th. You may cancel your subscription after the July order is fulfilled, not before. The cancellation function will be available on your dashboard. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you’ll receive your last order and your subscription will end and you won’t be charged anymore.
